- The safety of our community is paramount.
- Innovation is enabled best when people are connected with one another and have an empowered relationship with technology.
- All users should experience frictionless access to HELIX rooms and equipment after having completed any essential training or induction.
- Community members should be treated as co-owners of the space and equipment, with responsibilities to treat the space, equipment, and each other with dignity and respect.
- Equipment and resources should be booked and used in a responsible way so as not to adversely affect other users of Helix
- Equipment and resources must be used as near as is practical to activities described in a booking request.
- Abuse or misuse of equipment and resources within Helix will not be tolerated and this can result in temporary or permanent loss of access.
- Access to equipment and resources to users that are not members of Helix or directly associated with another users booking is not permitted.
- Users should prevail themselves with and be aware of health and safety considerations before using equipment and resources in Helix.
- Users using spaces within Helix are responsible for direct hosting of events and activities unless hosting assistance is requested directly from Helix staff.

As a user of this system registered or otherwise you agree that if for any reason you are unable to use smarthub for the intended purpose then you will contact your store via telephone, email or in person to resolve the problem. Siso Software Limited are not responsible or liable in any way for any errors, damages or any other loss caused by your usage of this system. For the avoidance of doubt this includes any loss howsoever suffered including negligence or fraud except where such negligence causes death or personal injury.
